Welcome to Send Me. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Send Me app (the "App"), developed by Woosung Min ("Rolly," "we," "us," "our") as part of the EasyTools suite of applications.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you have any questions, contact us at rolly.inquiry@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Send Me. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and that your use of the App complies with the laws of your country.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Send Me lets you quickly save content to yourself — text notes, links, images, and other files — and automatically organizes that content using AI-generated labels, so you can find it again through search.
The App is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, as described in Section 6.
You retain ownership of the content you save to the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the App — including sending it to the Google Gemini API to generate labels, storing it on our servers, and syncing it across your devices.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree not to use the App to save or transmit content that:
We do not actively monitor or review the content you save, as it is private to you. However, we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that we become aware of as violating these Terms or applicable law, and to cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Send Me relies on third-party services to operate, including Supabase (database, storage, and authentication), Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and the Google Gemini API (AI label generation). Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these third-party services that may affect the App's functionality.
Send Me is currently free. If we introduce optional paid subscription features in the future, purchases will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and will be subject to their respective payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies. We will update these Terms in advance of introducing any paid features. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
You may delete your account at any time through Menu → Delete Account within the App. Upon deletion, your access to Your Content is blocked immediately, and Your Content and associated data are permanently deleted from our servers within a maximum of 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Locally cached copies on your devices (such as previously downloaded images) are not automatically removed and must be deleted by you.
We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated labels will always be accurate. Send Me is not intended as a sole means of backup or long-term archival storage for irreplaceable content — you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Send Me를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 본 서비스약관("본 약관")은 개인 개발자 민우성("Rolly", "당사", "우리")이 개발한 Send Me 앱("앱")의 이용에 적용되며, 앱은 EasyTools 앱 스위트의 일부로 운영됩니다.

Send Me는 만 13세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 13세 이상 18세 미만인 경우, 부모 또는 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 합니다. 계정을 생성함으로써 이용자는 본 연령 요건을 충족하며, 거주 국가의 법률상 앱 이용이 허용됨을 확인하는 것입니다.
이용자는 본인 계정의 보안 유지 및 해당 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임을 집니다.
Send Me는 이용자가 텍스트 메모, 링크, 이미지, 그 밖의 파일을 자기 자신에게 빠르게 저장할 수 있도록 하며, AI가 생성한 라벨을 통해 해당 콘텐츠를 자동으로 정리하여 검색을 통해 다시 찾을 수 있도록 합니다.
앱은 현재 무료로 제공됩니다. 향후 제6조에서 설명하는 바와 같이 선택적 유료 기능이 도입될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱에 저장한 콘텐츠("이용자 콘텐츠")에 대한 소유권을 그대로 유지합니다. 앱을 이용함으로써 이용자는 당사에 앱 운영 목적으로만 이용자 콘텐츠를 저장, 처리, 전송할 수 있는 제한적 라이선스를 부여하는 것입니다 — 여기에는 라벨 생성을 위해 Google Gemini API로 전송하는 것, 당사 서버에 저장하는 것, 여러 기기 간 동기화하는 것이 포함됩니다.
이용자는 본인의 콘텐츠에 전적인 책임을 집니다. 이용자는 다음에 해당하는 콘텐츠를 저장하거나 전송하기 위해 앱을 이용하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:
이용자가 저장하는 콘텐츠는 본인만의 사적인 정보이므로, 당사는 이를 능동적으로 모니터링하거나 검토하지 않습니다. 다만 본 약관 또는 관련 법률 위반 사실을 인지하게 된 경우 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 계정을 정지할 권리를 보유하며, 법적으로 요구되는 경우 수사기관에 협조할 수 있습니다.

Send Me는 운영을 위해 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 여기에는 Supabase(데이터베이스, 저장소, 인증), Google 로그인, Apple 로그인, Google Gemini API(AI 라벨 생성)가 포함됩니다. 이용자의 앱 이용은 해당 서비스 제공업체의 관련 약관의 적용도 함께 받습니다. 당사는 이러한 제3자 서비스의 장애, 오류, 또는 변경으로 인해 앱 기능에 영향이 발생하더라도 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Send Me는 현재 무료로 제공됩니다. 향후 선택적 유료 구독 기능이 도입될 경우, 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 각 플랫폼의 결제 약관, 결제 주기, 환불 정책이 적용됩니다. 당사는 유료 기능 도입에 앞서 본 약관을 사전에 업데이트하겠습니다. 당사는 이용자의 결제 카드 정보를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 메뉴 → 계정 삭제(Menu → Delete Account)를 통해 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제 즉시 이용자 콘텐츠에 대한 접근이 차단되며, 개인정보처리방침에 명시된 바와 같이 이용자 콘텐츠 및 관련 데이터는 최대 30일 이내에 당사 서버에서 완전히 삭제됩니다. 이용자 본인의 기기에 로컬로 캐시된 사본(예: 이전에 다운로드한 이미지)은 자동으로 삭제되지 않으므로 이용자가 직접 삭제하셔야 합니다.
당사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 계정을 정지 또는 해지할 수 있으며, 합리적으로 가능한 범위에서 사전 통지 후 앱 또는 그 일부 기능의 운영을 중단할 수 있습니다.
앱은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 및 "제공 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 여기에는 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 비침해성에 대한 보증이 포함되나 이에 한정되지 않습니다.
당사는 앱이 중단 없이, 오류 없이 작동할 것이라거나 AI가 생성한 라벨이 항상 정확할 것이라는 점을 보장하지 않습니다. Send Me는 대체 불가능한 콘텐츠에 대한 유일한 백업 또는 장기 보관 수단으로 이용하도록 의도되지 않았습니다 — 중요한 콘텐츠에 대해서는 이용자가 별도의 백업을 유지할 책임이 있습니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해, 또는 데이터, 이익, 수익의 손실에 대하여 그러한 손해 발생 가능성을 사전에 고지받았던 경우라도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 조항의 어떠한 내용도 관련 법률상 제한 또는 배제할 수 없는 책임을 제한하지 않습니다.
당사는 언제든지 앱 또는 그 일부를 수정, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 당사는 또한 본 약관을 수시로 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내드립니다. 변경 사항 게시 이후에도 앱을 계속 이용하시는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 국제사법 원칙은 적용되지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 지역의 소비자보호 관련 법률이 달리 정하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
